Scheduling

The calendar is based on 40 lessons a year for each student. It begins in late August and runs through late June. Students are expected to normally attend the agreed upon lesson time. Arrangements for lessons during the summer break may be made on a fee per lesson basis.

Payment

Payment of $100/month will be due by the 5th of each month starting with September, and continuing through June. Checks or cash will be accepted.

Missed Lessons

Every attempt will be made to reschedule missed lessons the same week in which they occur. Up to three lessons in each program year may be credited to be used during the summer break at a time of mutual convenience. Any lessons cancelled by the instructor which cannot be rescheduled will be credited even if it causes the credits to exceed three. All credits must be used in the program year in which they are accumulated.
